Put simply, therapy is a way to know yourself better. Through exploring current and past experiences, we are able to access a deeper understanding of ourselves and the patterns we create.

When we step back and look at the bigger picture, we can often see things from a new perspective, giving us clarity and insight.We are so often driven by our unconscious minds, therapy can help to raise our conscious awareness from where we are able access our inner wisdom, to see the choices we have and free ourselves from unhelpful patterns.

Together, we co-create a space where we can work with your individual needs. I aim to act as a support and guide for the process to take place, providing a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment.

Everything is ultimately about the relationship with self. The therapeutic relationship provides the perfect base from which having a better relationship with yourself is possible.

My session fees are £60 (for individuals) £80 (for couples) for 60 minutes. Some concessions may be available, please don’t hesitate to ask.
