Family Constellations is a way of revealing hidden dynamics within our family systems – both in our present family and in our family of origin.
It can uncover unresolved entanglements, patterns in our family lines and ancestral or generational trauma. The whole intention of family constellations work is to restore harmony and balance in the family system, which therefore can relieve us of our individual issues and unhelpful repetitive patterns (which will likely be a result of us unknowingly carrying burdens passed down unconsciously from previous generations.)
Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach which accesses things at the root level, bringing resolution not only for us, but for our children and for the generations to come.
* You can come along to a Family Constellations workshop either as a ‘client’ with an issue to explore or as part of the group to participate in other people’s constellations - either way everyone gets what they need from the process. You can decide at the time if you have something you’d like to explore…the best way is to just show up with curiosity and see what presents itself in the moment.
